Damages and Issues

We take great care in conditioning and hydrating our flowers before shipment to ensure they arrive fresh. However, if your order arrives damaged, please inspect it immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery with time-stamped images of the package and its contents. This will help us assess the issue and determine the best resolution.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the quality of flowers if the package is not received and opened on the day of delivery. Additionally, shipping costs ($25–$35) are non-refundable.

Refunds & Resolutions

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we typically do not offer refunds or accept returns. However, we understand that unexpected issues may arise, and we are committed to making things right. If your flowers arrive in poor condition, we will evaluate the situation and may offer a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Our goal is to ensure you have a wonderful experience with us, and we appreciate your understanding of the delicate nature of fresh flowers.

CSA Subscription Commitment and Non-Refundable Policy

By subscribing to our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program, you are committing to support our farm for the entire growing season. This subscription is non-refundable due to the nature of our business and the seasonal planning required to grow the produce.

Non-Refundable Subscription

Once your CSA subscription is purchased, it is considered a commitment for the full season. Because our flowers are perishable and we plan our harvests based on the number of subscribers, we are unable to issue refunds once the subscription is processed. We plan, grow, and allocate resources for each subscription, and therefore, the subscription amount is non-refundable once payment is made.
